Last year I learned to swim and got Vibram Five-Finger shoes, which I love; simply wearing them makes me feel like I’m a whole new person. This year I’m getting a Dragon Door 35 lb/16 kg kettlebell and hopefully a Camelback pack. I’m fully on board with getting fit. I’ve got the “Zombies, Run!” app…which apparently would be free if I lived in Florida, Kinnect Sports and Kinnect Adventures, a jump rope, swim gear, dumbells (5-20) pounds, a no weight workout routine courtesy Men’s Health, access to clean filtered water and good clean food of which I need to do more research on and know what to eat and when. It’s June 7th, 2012. Start of Fall term is August 27th, 2012. I’ve got 12 weeks. My target is to lose 24-36 pounds minimum during that time. 2-3 pounds a week. I’m excited.
